“Boondi is an Indian snack made from fried chickpea flour and Curry leaves.
These tiny, crispy and crunchy balls (bundi) when mixed with curd makes an excellent boondi raita.
Kari Patta Boondi goes well with dahi vada, dahi bhalla, chaat, curries, bhel, mixture, chivda, spicy water of pani puri, jaljeera and as poha topping etc.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight, once opened, store in an airtight container”
