Satyanarayanji Agrawal – Chairman
Born in 1944, Satyanarayanji Agrawal is well-versed with the tricks of the trade.
Being the grandson of Bhagchandji Agrawal, the renowned business tycoon
of Vidarbha, he has imbibed the sharp business acumen and ethics from his
grandfather.
His rich experience spans 50+ years, where he has successfully managed the
cotton business and groundnut oil mills business for 20+ years. Apart from
gaining a vast knowledge about raw peanuts, he also launched his first oil mill
in 1968 in Dhamangaon.
Having completed his engineering from VRCE Nagpur in 1966, Satyanarayanji
Agrawal today is completely engrossed in his current business and
spearheads the operations, finance, legal and production teams.
Rahul Agrawal – Director
Rahul Agrawal, son of Satyanarayanji Agrawal was born in 1971 and
successfully carried forward the mantle of his family business. Being involved
in the business since 1992, Rahul has not only carved a name for Jabsons in
India but has also taken it to international markets.
Having a keen interest in marketing and innovation, he recognised the need
for hygienic manufacturing and packaging. This led to the inception of the
‘Traditional Salted – Roasted Peanuts’ of Bharuch in 1992. Heading the
Marketing, Quality and New Product Development departments, Rahul is
creating new avenues of growth through continuous R&D and innovation.
An Electronics Engineer, Rahul envisages making Jabsons the talk of the town
whilst bringing Bharuch on the global map.
Rashmi Agrawal – Director
Hailing from a prominent business family, Alankar Jewellers, Rashmi has
strong business acumen.
Since 2000, her involvement in the business has given a new perspective and
direction to the brand. Rashmi has been at the forefront of developing new
products and maintaining the taste profile of Jabsons products.
An M.A in Economics from Bhopal University, Rashmi heads new product
development, benchmarking and product tasting.
